Shipping & Returns

As soon as orders are received, they will be processed immediately and you will receive confirmation. Once picked up by UPS, All orders will be shipped one-two business days after receiving your order.

 

We ship via USPS, Priority Mail – Flat rate.

 

All items shipped as Priority Mail/Standard shipping should arrive in 3 -5 days. 

 

HOWEVER:

A big, bold message on the USPS website states: Although priority mail is guaranteed to ship in three days after your order is processed, there have been some delays due to the Covid.

· The cost is a flat rate: $8.50. (Small Box)

· The cost for a Priority Mail medium box is: $16.25

· Priority Express/Overnight: $23.00 

· We cannot ship to a P.O. box.

Please note:  Because some pieces are much larger, the larger jewelry box will not fit into a small flat box because it arrives in a jewelry box. If that is the case, we will carefully wrap your jewelry and use the flat rate box – minus the jewelry box.  If you would prefer to have a jewelry box and pay the $16.25 for shipping, pease text me immediately at

Easy Returns

At Jewelry by Gloria, we value your business and want you to be happy with your purchase. Because all of our jewelry is artisanal, hand-crafted, individually designed, or one-of-a-kind pieces and will not be replaced with another, you may return it for a refund by in 14 days. 

 

Please include a copy of your receipt with the original packaging and invoice so that your return can be processed quickly!

The jewelry you are returning must be in its original condition without any wear, damage, or alteration; otherwise, the return will not be accepted. Final sale and special-order items are not returnable. Currently, many items are on sale! This means they are returnable. I won’t be happy if you or a person who received a gift are not completely satisfied!!!

If the item was purchased as a gift, you will be given a store credit towards another purchase.

Please indicate your reason for returning the item(s) on the packing slip that you received with your purchase. Package the items, including the purchase receipt, with your item. 

Return must be postmarked within the 14-day timeline..
